I'm MK Shih — a product manager by trade, a software engineer before that. By day I do product work at a company; on my own time I run a one-person company: side projects built to make money, with AI agents doing most of the production work.

This site is where everything I learn gets published. I write structured series — the first is Know What to Build, on needs collection for solo builders: how to find, validate, and tear down real demand before you write a line of code — with more topics to come. The blog is the running journal of the company itself.
